How much will the Mac Pro 6-core upgrade option be?

So the new Mac Pro's have finally been announced, but there seems to be limited information on upgrade pricing. Just wondered what people are guessing in terms of pricing, particularly in regards to the 6-core upgrade option?

3.33GHz quad currently costs 3699$*and as W3580 and W3680 both cost 999$, it will likely be priced similarly. So 1200$ more than the stock CPU. That's 2921£ in UK store

My guess is $3000 not sure if I'll make the jump from 4 to 6 cores though. I just need it for video and photoshop. But I'm still saving up so I'm about 5 months away at best .. lol .. :(
