late imac 2009 memory into imac 2010

I have 2x4GB imac late 2009 memory, does anyone know if compatible with the new imac 2010?

Yes but the new iMac uses 1333MHz memory so if you add 1066MHz memory, the existing modules will underclock themselves to 1066MHz but it will work fine and I doubt you will notice any difference

Yes, they use the same types of RAM, albeit *slightly* slower. So you could use it in the new 2010 iMac without any problem. :)
