I'm getting this from a friend, but I have no idea what the problem is with it.

Does this happen right at bootup? Logic board is likely fried.

honestly i don't know yet. i got an email from my mom who got the picture from a coworker of her's that's giving us the computer.

that looks like the owner is trying to skip the disposal fee by giving it away...
i wouldn't mess with it, its gonna cost more to fix that than to pick up something that works

actually, we were the one's to ask for it. we have a little museum and are looking for new exhibits. lol
