pokedesign (http://www.pokedesign.com) Wow, a super busy site. Considering that is your first actual one. I give you mad props.

jesus, that was unexpected. i really love your stuff. my only real comment is i wanted to see more, especially of the corporate logos.

the _only_ thing that confused me was Sound On / Sound Off. whereas you intended that to mean "this is the state of the sound", i read it as "this is what will happen when you press here".

nice.

Thanks for the comments ,I'll be tweaking things and updating all the time.
At the moment its published with Flash MX which uses flash player 6 , will it run faster if I transfer to MX2004 which uses flash player 7?

same here. i really love your artwork. if you have any more, i'd suggest putting it on there. the only layout suggestion i have is to put links for all of the sections on each page so that you don't have to hit "home" every time.

That's the only thing I could come up with too.

I think you did a terrific job, and your art is amazing. I'm currently collecting all my ideas for a similar site, one that features all my art.

Again, fantastic job!

I love your stuff too, but it is way too slow for me in the transitions. I am using Flash Professional 2004 and saving all my files back to Flash Player 6 compatibility, so the Flash Player version is not your issue. Check your framerates on your movies, that could be your issue. You should be able to speed things up considerably just by increasing your frame rate (but that puts more of a toll on the viewers CPU, so it could still run slow on old machines).

Seems fast on my machine.

I, too, like the site. Did you use any third party components?

I ask because I'm not too experienced with flash and I want to do a flash website, and I need all the help I can get ;).

I know quite a bit of flash already, but there are a lot of things that really help that I don't know much about, like elastic tweens using actionscript, complicated actionscript, etc.

Didn't use any third party stuff or templates.
Its all Flash put into a dremweaver page , for search engine purposes.
Try site like kirupa (http://www.kirupa.com) they have lots of tutorials. Its best to work through as many tutorials as you can, even if they dont particually interest you, as you learn a lot you can use latter.

I like your site, spxy. I noticed that two of the sections don't have anything in them yet. The stuff there is coming later, I'd assume. The site could also use a "previous" navigation link in addition to the "next" link you've already got.
