If you buy the disc do you need to have it in to start the game? And is the digital download as simple as just clicking the icon to start? Thanks.

Nope. Install CD actually does only what it's suppose to. You know, INSTALL the damn game, not police you around.

Word of advice if you are planning to get the digital version. I have been hearing a lot about slowdowns due to server overloads so even if you have a awesome connection it might take you a few hours.
