How do you develop an app that can access my account online that has a daily feed?

hey everyone..

I'm currently developing an app that will be able to access my membership account and then view the daily feed on the app....I don't have any idea how one goes about doing this. Does it involve an RSS Feed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
