Let's see, my estimate is this:

CPU-Upgrade 350$
RAM 100$
DVD-burner/HD/Other 150$
OSX 100$
Display 200$

Total of: 900$

But you could probably get more.

A DL burner, internal, is going for at least 150 buckarinos nowadays. I'd guess that $900 to maybe even $1000 is good. The processor upgrade is nice as is the RAM amount and DVD burner. Hard drive is a tad bit wimpy though... upgrade that and you might have added a some value to it...

you should also throw in at least a couple hundred for the logic board, power supply, case. those things aren't freebies i'm sure.

Hmmm dual layer burners arent nearly that costly...you can get decent ones for sub 100 dollar prices...check newegg. Although it's getting to the point where the media for those burners is almost as costly as the burners themselves (slightly exaggerated)

Yeah, I'd estimate somewhere near $1000.

It's a bad idea to suggest that I spend more time on the internet... :o
