I need help figuring out a game...Old-school risk in France??

Hey guys and gals

I'm trying to figure out what game this is.

--turned based "risk" board game in the 17th century
--you pick between 5-6 factions (and the pope is one of them)
--you need to build up gold, ore, timber and food (I think)
--build castles, armies, etc..

It takes place in france I believe...one of the best games ever. Any know know what this is called, and if so, where I can get it???
