OK, fine. More shameless self promotion. But this image is humorous. Did Alan Keyes Win or Lose?! (http://musingsonamerica.blogspot.com/2004/11/did-alan-keyes-win-or-lose.html)

the local news reported tonight that mr keyes has given up the calumet city* apartment he rented for the election and has moved into chicago.
no reason was given, but i'm wondering if it's not acceptable for a republican candidate to actually live in the big bad city.
* cal city is a somewhat depressed town just a bit south of chicago. i've no idea why a cal city base was chosen for his campaign; i can't think of any real advantages, other than it's not chicago.

Maybe he doesn't seem like a stuck-up, out-of-touch elite when he is "from" cal city? Oh, wait, I guess cal city really didn't help. ;)

It's all about the spin man. I'm curious as to why the man has a website at all? I never heard of him before he was picked to be the fall guy for this last election.
What's he going to do now that is worth following?

Michael Moore endorsed him in the 2000 primaries.
Bonus points to anyone who knows why. No cheating!

To gain access to his campaign? Just a guess, comedic enterprise?

Because he was the only Republican candidate who took a dive into Moore's mobile mosh-pit...and then the caught hell for it in the Republican debates, because politics has no sense of humor.
What do I win?

Well, Dick has one a thing or two, and has more of a chance than Alan Keyes ever will. But, yeah, maybe they are in the same profession when it comes to Presidential elections.
