That'd make a nice AppleScript for someone to write, looking through each track with a play count of 1 or more, then multiplying by the track length! Loop that through the entire library and you might be surprised at how much that amounts to!
Of course, it wouldn't take into account the amount of times you listen to a track halfway through or-so, then move onto another track, as this isn't counted.
