I ordered the Argos case for my IPad and recieved one for an IPhone instead. That's a problem. After seeing all the negative about emailing them, I didn't have a lot of hope and, of course, there's no phone numbers to call that work any longer. I did notice that they have a Facebook presence though so I tried that. I got an instant response from Jason Lee and he's promised to help me out. I've read that Twitter works quickly too.
