Any way to get MMS to work with iPad SIM on iPhone 4?

I want to use the Apple SMS/MMS app, not third party to send SMS/MMS with iPad SIM. basically using the iPhone 4 as an iPod Touch with 3G (iPad SIM, unlimited data plan).
