I purchased the logitech mx1000 mouse today and would like to know if anyone else could help me configure the mouse. I am having trouble mapping some of the buttons to Expose. Theoretically, there are about 10 buttons on the mouse and expose lists approx. 32. However, when I try to go through them one by one to map which number goes with what potential button click, I just can't figure it out. It is possible that installing the Logitech control center application on top of expose is causing problems. The mouse would be great if I could get each of the buttons assigned with what I would like them to do:

left side forward arrow button: page forward (logitech control center)
left side back arrow button: page back (logitech control center)
left side page button: toggle between application pages (lcc)

top scroll forward button: expose desktop
scroll button: expose all windows
top scroll back button: expose application windows

Any suggestions?

I'd like the best of both worlds. The forward and back buttons are fantastic for use with safari. And the third button on that side of the mouse is fantastic to map command-tilde keystroke or control-tab keystroke. I've only used it for a day but I'm hooked. Now if only I could map the expose buttons onto the scrolll wheel buttons so I could take off my corner activations!
