iOS how to access the database within the ipad?

Personally, I am new to programming for IPAD. I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and I need your help. I installed a program on my ipad making records of phone and name, now I need to get this record and play for my iMac. How do I do that?

Have you read the documentation in the Dev kit? Your question sort of suggests that you have not, at least not the part about data management. That's pretty much in the first section of apple dev tutorial.
