Seperating email addresses from phone numbers in Conatacts

I added Yahoo addresses from iTunes to my Contact list assuming they would just be buried somewhere for when I was emailing. Now the email addresses have loaded to my iPhone4 which turned around and pushed the new info to my Mobile Me Cloud Contact List. Now in my iPhone telephone list I suddenly have included 2,500 email addresses which is a pain to sort through when looking for just phone numbers. Is there a way to sort the email addresses from phone numbers or just delete the email addresses?
