Back up app store and cydian apps. Is there such a way?

I know you can do back ups of the app store applications with itunes, backup bot also, but what about cydia and all the files on the iphone disk?

How can I back that stuff up?

I recommend buying PkgBackup from the Cydia store. It will back up and re-install all your Cydia apps and repos if you need to restore or upgrade.
