I'm also curious on this as well. The Chinao looks very slim but I would assume it would be thicker since there is an extra layer on top of the glass

Have you had a chance to see the slimline Yoobao in person? BTW, great review on Chinao. You have me sold and I love the Yoobao magic case.

my yoobao v3 has got a thickness (incl ipad) of 1,5 mm

The Chinao with the iPad inserted is about 0.70" thick.

But it costs twice as much. I think that helps little in the decision process.

I bought a Brown v2 Yoobao Case (http://docgadget.blogspot.com/2010/06/my-yoobao-ipad-case.html). Its great! It tucked the iPad very safely.

The problem is that the discussion is about the Chinao vs Yoobao SLIM leather case which is totally different from yours. Please see photos of the Yoobao we are talking about above.
