What is a good price for a 4gb ram stick ?

I can get kingston 4gb


Kingston KVR1333D3D4R9S/4G DDR3-1333 4GB ECC/REG CL9 Server Memory for 120 a stick I am looking to put this in the mac pro I will order in the next few days. any opinions

I don't know if that's a good price or not.

But it appears to be 9 cycle RAM, which would be slower than say, a 6 cycle DIMM.

Edit: though I should add, I'm not sure if there's much of a practical difference in speed between 9, 8, 7 and 6.
