Ok, i have recently been workin on a word document that is approximately 22mb is size. word does its normal auto save thing which is great. However, its seem to create whats called a "Word Work file" every so often. i only discovered this when i went to do an iDisk backup and found the "word documents in home folder" to be 240mb in size.

After some investigation i found that the cause was these work work files. Although i can see the extension in Backup (a brill utility) i cant seem to find the temporary files to delete them.

For the moment i have just decided to not back up those particular files so that it will all fit on my iDisk.

Can anyonme help me here?

Apparently they are in a folder username/Temporary Items/....

This folder does not exist, well i can't find it for the life of me anyway
