Simple File Sharing between Mac & Win

I want to have simple file sharing between mac osx and windows XP

1. It should be fairly simple like connect it by one cable
2. I do not want to use internet in any way to connect these two machine since I only use dial up.
3. It should let me copy files to & fro from any machine.
