Does anyone know a good, not so dear padded case for the iPad incase accidentally dropped.

I haven't dropped mine yet, but I have a Swissgear netbook case that works pretty good, it is padded decently!

This little netbook carrying case is perfect for the ipad that's in the standard Apple ipad case. You have to buy the 10.2 version not the 9.7 version that is for the ipad. The 9.7 is too small if the ipad is in the Apple case. The 10.2 with the handles only appears to be available at Bestbuy.

I use a Zeroshock case designed for netbooks. I put my Yoobao Magic Case-encased iPad in it when I travel.

Much better than mere neoprene.
