What is a good cd burning software for MAc's?

hey guys,
im a new mac user and in search of a MAC cd burning software...

or does it already come included on my mac? what is it called?

i have a 12 inch iBook, just bought...a few days ago...

There are basic disk burning capabilities via the finder, just insert a cd, drag and copy your files, then select burn disk. iTunes burns music disks. If you want something more advanced get Roxio Toast Titanium, it has a lot of capabilities.

where can i get roxio?

dragon burn

if roxio doesnt work for you, try dragon burn. for music use the ituns burning utility, but that is the best program ive used for burning sortware and programs.

its not free. in fact, its pretty expensive. look for the free trial. it comes with 10 uses. check it out, and if you like it, you could buy it or keep downloading the trial. good lick finding something that works for you
 
Remember. If you don't want to shell out money for quality products like Toast you can always go to versiontracker and download something there for free. It probably won't be as good but hey, it was free.

p.s. - I find burning via the finder very slow. iTunes is ok but still not what I am looking for. I would just spring for Toast. I have used it for a long time and have no regrets.
 
Toast is great but maybe not worth it unless you plan on doing lots of burning.

I usually use Finder or Disk Utility to burn. And iTunes is fine for making audio CDs.

For help on how to use finder just open up Mac Help (under Help bar at top of screen) and type in Burn. Loads of usefull advice pops up.
