Well, I think the Hubzilla was originally by MacPower, but it would seem CharisMac sells it:

The USB Duck is called the iDuck, I believe, and a quick Froogle search should turn it up; http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/ at the very least carries a couple of models.
Then again, at $200 for a 256MB one, you'd be a whole lot better off buying a $2 rubber duck and a $30 SanDisk Cruzer Micro from Amazon, cutting a hole in the duck, and gluing the drive into it. It'd look essentially the same, and you'd save yourself $150 for the 15 minutes of work. Might not light up the same way as the iDuck, but I at least could deal with that.

Since we're on the topic of useless USB items, don't forget the USB turd (http://www.emanator.demon.co.uk/bigclive/usbshit.htm) and the USB Christmas tree (http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/lights/6e2c/). I have my tree plugged in right now :D
