I'm really excited. I'm getting my new iPod 4G/20 today!

Does anyone know if they still have the audio bug? Is the battery life really better?

i think some still have the defect- but the issue is only with certain headphones - head over to ipodlounge.com for more info on this.. :)

my bro just brought home a green mini today - so I swapped my beat-up old 3g 20 gig for his brand new green mini :D now im happy too ;)

4g 20gb, no audio defect here and i did all the tests (http://www.ipodlounge.com/articles_more.php?id=4776_0_8_0_M) as iPod lounge mentioned.

i got mine from the regent street apple store on opening day, i was pretty sure that they wouldn't sell thousands of defective iPods on opening day!

but saying that the issue has been blown out of proportion a bit i think (as per every issue) as i have never met anyone who has had the problem and i know 14! 4g iPod owners.

i'm sure you'll get the "all clear" :)

I know you are excited.

Now you need some good Country music... a little Faith Hill, Shania Twain or Sara Evans would do. After that, some Alan Jackson, George Strait and Kenny Chesney. Finish it off with Brooks and Dunn, Rascal Flatts, Lonestar and Alabama.

Nothing beats a good "I've been done wrong and now I'm in love with somebody I can't have because they left me" song.
