do Powerbook's rams work Dual Channel???

I'm planning to buy a new powerbook but I'm not quite sure if I should buy a 1gb so-dimm and make its ram 1.25gb, or buy 2 512mb slots to be able to use the dual channel feature.. so, do PBs rams work dual channel???

Thanks in advance...
