The Incomplete U2

I purchased The Complete U2 on 24/11/04 but the download stopped (less than) halfway.
It has been a week and I still can't use 'check for purchased music' to get the remaining tracks.

iTMS support emails are so unhelpful.

Anyone has the same problem?

The same thing happened to me...tech support got back to me within an hour, and I was able to "check for purchased music" and download the missing tracks.
