I downloaded the iPhone Case Program app out of curiosity and noticed it still allowed me to order a free case. However, I bought a bumper before I even got my iPhone 4 and Apple refunded the money a few weeks ago for that. So how am I still able to get a free case? Is it because I bought the bumper before my phone? I went ahead and chose one anyway, but I'm just curious? Is this normal?

Yes. It my bumper refund and my speck case arrived this morning. The man in the shop actually told me to get the case app and order one while doing the refund. So it must be fine.

I got refunded on my bumper and have ordered a PixelSkin. I've paid for a £500 phone, and if Apple let's us do it, what are we complaining about?

Then why do you want another? You already got a free one, now you need another. Abusing the system is wrong.

Does that philosophy also include lying about a phone's value to avoid import taxes?

FedEx. A bit more expensive, but more reliable. I'd also *coughs*LIE*coughs* about the phones value. The import taxes are CRAZY, I know. You're lucky you don't have to ship to Scandinavia.
