quicken data on cd-rw wont open

I created all of my accounts and saved to my cd-rw (never used one before). Now, when I try and open my backup file (from the cd-rw), it says cannot open file.

Is there something I should try?

I forgot to mention that I did "finish" the disk. Is there a way to undo this also?

You could always erase the CD-RW in disk utility and try again.
