Mac Pro + Mini Xgrid

My wife recently replaced her 2009 mac mini for a 27" i7 iMac so now I have a spare mac mini that I would like to add it to an xgrid and add that processing power to Mac Pro. I do some 3D rendering in maya as well as some FCP and eventually some Digital photography. Does someone know how to set up an Xgrid for those applications?
