i just bought a western digital USB 2.0 250G HD (only $140 afetr rebates!). I would like to fomatt it so i can use it on both a windows machine and Mac OS X. What format should I use and what is (journaled?) also, what exactly is this (http://www.macdisk.com/mden.php3) used for?
