You mentioned that you have a process for backing up your family's iPhone photos, and I am desperately looking for some solution for the same. Would you be willing to tell me how you do that? thank you.

Hi, I have a NAS from Synology that I've enabled WebDAV on. I use an app called Photosync from the app store. When I'm home on my local network I just run Photosync and it will find all new photos and videos then backs them up. This solution works for me as all I'm interested in is photos and videos, mostly of my daughter from both my wife and my iPhone.

BTW this means it will work over wifi and it makes a sub folder in the name of your iPhone so you don't over write each others photos due to the naming sequence e.g IMG_001 which both phones will produce. The app can also create a webserver so you can browse your photos from your desktop computer.

Brilliant. Thank you so much. That sounds perfect for us too. I'll definitely be getting started on that. Thanks again.
