Im wondering if there is any software that extracts the instrumental/beat from any song (mpeg/aac or mp3) and leaves the lyrics behind. Could use this if i plan on writing my own lyrics over the same beats. Thanks,

No software does this well. Removing voice from a combined instrumentals/voice file is something even professional studies have trouble with.
