Normally this would be a sad thing.
But it just so happens to be that it works still. I had the cheap Apple earbuds in it (keeping the only 3.5mm plug hole closed), that prevented water from getting into it.
The earbuds however are trashed.
I am by no means suggesting that you go try this, but I figured I'd let you let you get a little laugh out of this by my deceptive title.
