Problem formating to GUID

I cant seem to have the option to format my disk.
in the 'partition' tab of my disk utility I cant do anything.
I don't know if it matters but I have to partitions-one is bootcamp.
 
Can you post a screen shot of your Disk Utility window so we can see what you're seeing?
