Server restarted unexpectedly issue

I'm handling another site's OS X Server (10.6.7) recently and it was found ever restarted when we were back to work on Monday morning. It almost happned every week because it showed logon screen popup windows on each Monday morning. We checked tt UPS device was running under normal condition and didn't lose power supply

How do I check when it restarted or if the last administrator ever set schedule to restart server periodically?
