I recently accidentally upgraded my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5 without transferring my apps to iTunes so all my apps were wiped. That was a bit of a bummer because I lost all the data from the individual apps, but I got over it and reinstalled them.
I now need to upgrade to iOS 5.0.1 and I've tried my best to transfer the purchased apps to iTunes by right clicking the synced iPhone and selecting 'transfer purchased apps' but when I go to upgrade the software I keep on getting the warning message "there are purchased items on the iPhone that have not yet been transferred to iTunes" - So I don't know what to do, any help plz?
