iPod Huge influx of nano on craigslist. Are they refurb?

Recently with the replacement plane there has been a huge number of Ipod nano 6th Gens up on craigslist. Are they refurbished? I was wondering because they are going for almost the same price as used sealed ones, and I rather have a new one for the same price as refurbished.

If they are going around the same price as the new ones, then buy the new ones, unless you want to save yourself couple of bucks.
