Inkscape for Lion?

Hey,

Does anyone know if you can get Inkscape for Lion?

I have been searching, but all can find is

Inkscape-0.48.2-1-SNOWLEOPARD

Then when I try to install, I get a pop up window saying that the file is not recognized!

Any advise?
