Using Lion, same problem with Snow Leopard. trying to copy files to my networked drive using SMB, getting error:
Items cant be copied to directory because you dont have permission to read them.
The file is on my desktop, on my Macbook connected wirelessly within my LAN.
I get similar errors whenever I try to copy a folder to my networked drive. Is this endemic with using SMB? There's unfortunately nothing I can do about that now. I CAN move files to that drive, just only into certain folders. Does this make sense? What am I doing wrong here?
