Need help with a killer app

Guys,
I need an app that will allow me to project manage various projects at work, ie I am over seeing an extension to our building but I need to now start to price up the inside and schedule the work.
I have looked at various apps but they need degrees to run them. I need a sceduale over see and various reminders and possible the ability to attach PDF files of quotes to threads.
