iPad bypass Airwatch?

I just received an iPad2 from my work and they locked it down with an Airwatch profile. Of course in the restricted apps on my iPad is Cydia. Is there a way to jailbreak the iPad without installing Cydia? The only tweak I really want to add is MyWi since it's the best app in the world. I am assuming that ALL jailbreak tools automatically install Cydia and will fail so I haven't tried any kind of jailbreak yet. Any insights?

I don't think it's possible to JB w/o cydia, but maybe someone else can confirm this
