I think you are in need of sources for html5 and css3. Forums are not upto the mark to know about a language. For html5 and css3 you can see to w3schools. It is for all beginners.

Avoid w3schools. It's full of wrong information. lynda.com, mozilla developer network, or codeacademy would be _much_ better choices.
