Hi guys!
I have recently put down a lot of hours in trying to get Digitech to somehow give us (Customers) a clear answer to when we will get all peaces to our purchased product (I just bought an RP1000).
I started off with tech support which you all know is a dead end, so after some gathering of courage I went in to a more "guerrilla" kind of style to get their attention.
First i wrote very nicely on their Facebook page that we are many out here who would need their help and that the X-edit crash issue has been out here for almost 2 years and everyone who contacts the tech support comes to a dead end.
No answer for a week...
Next i started to link to all the posts i could find on the issue (including this one) to show that I am not alone.
That's when they started to delete my comments and where I got pissed
The last couple of comments have now also been deleted and I am blocked from commenting on Digitech's Facebook.
That is their customer care strategy?
When things get tough they block you out and stick their head in the sand.
So here is what I suggest.
Please someone (preferably all of you) who is not currently blocked post a comment on this particular issue!

I was able to catch a screenshot of the last bit of our so called conversation so check it out and please go over there and do something! I have taken one for the team and they will hate me till the day i die and will surely be blocked forever, but hey what is a fight without casualties?

I admit that this method is bizarre but as I see things (after so long time) there are no other solutions for us to get through to actually be heard and get what we actually paid for in their products.
