iOS Meta Tag - 'apple-mobile-web-app-capable' and iPhone 5

I noticed with the iPhone 5 that if you say your web app is web-app-capable then when the app displays it displays as a 'letter boxed app' instead of full screen. Does anyone know a way to make it display full screen?
