Unable to create mobile account

Hi,

I Just setup os x server and all clients are 10.8.2
I can create mobile account for fresh installed 10.8.2 but
there are some machines that I upgraded from 10.7.4 and in login page when it asks to create a mobile account in the begining and I accept it says:

Unable to create mobile account

There was problem creating you mobile account.

Anybody has any idea?
