MAC BOOK PRO 10.7.5 how to reinstall?

Hi
Can anyone help. We have several problems with a new purchased mac book pro 10.7.5 . We do not know how to reinstall it as the mac book do not have a Recovey HD.
 
Pressing Command-R as you start up the computer (until the Apple logo appears) will take you into Utilities – you can erase the Mac and reinstall the OS from there.
