Hi everyone,

I was wondering if I should contact Apple about this issue. I've ordered an iPhone 5 on Nov/06 and it has been way over 2 weeks and still "processing". Notice the availability is "2-3 weeks" despite the fact that when trying to order one the availability has been dropped to only 2 weeks now. Why hasn't my order been updated to 2 weeks? I've checked my support profile and no iPhone 5 serial # has been linked yet... 🙄 🙁

Just be patient.
All you can do is wait another week or so and it will eventually come.
Calling them wont make it come any faster.

Not as frustrating as when it was 4 weeks plus and then some to order online.

All the uk networks were struggling.

It took me 14 attempts and around 25 days at trying to reserve a sim free one for collection at my local apple high street store.

Patience certainly is a virtue !!

I know but it's frustrating ~_~ thanks

I hear you.
When I tried to order for a cousin it was 4-6 weeks wait but I was able to reserve one online after trying for 7 nights straight at 10PM.
So I cancelled the online order and picked the reservation up the next day.

Why not just try the online reservation at night? It's fairly easy to get one that way nowadays. I got one like that this week on a first try.
