Creating disk images

I created read/write disk image using Disk Utility.

Now when i open it, it opens window in wrong place in screen and it don't remember its view settings.

If it's not possible to create disk images using Disk Utility, which remembers folder settings and open its top level folder automatically, then how i can do it in CLI?
