Thinking of selling Verizon iPhone 5. What to do with the SIM card?

As the title states, I'm thinking of going back to a dumb phone and selling my Verizon iPhone 5. I've never dealt with a SIM card before and wasn't sure what to do.

Do I remove the SIM card and sell it minis a SIM card?

Keep the sim. and how much are you going to sell the iPhone 5 for?

On phone, go into settings, Reset, Erase all content and settings. After that, remove sim card and destroy. You do not need to include sim card. The one who is purchasing will get a new sim.
