Windows Mini 2GHz 2009, will tropico 3 or 4 work well?

saw both cheap on steam, will tropico 4 work well on my machine, or will tropico 3 do better? bootcamp obviously.

I don't think they will. Tropico 3 barely runs on my 2010 MBP with the 320M, which is much better than your ATI 9400. This is in OS X, though.

There are demos available. I'd definitely try those first.
